In shop: $80/hour + tax
On site: $80/hour & fuel charges (depending on your location) + tax
Pick-up/delivery of computer: fuel charges (depending on your location) + tax

A successful repair is great. A successful repair with all of your data intact is even better.
Before we start working on your device we do a data backup - and for newer computers have rewarding results, but even with older models we do our best with a good success rate.
When bringing in your laptop or other device for IT services and upgrades, please bring:
> the power supply for laptops and devices (for desktops - please leave the power supply at home)
> the device admin password, if it is password protected (plus Apple ID if it is an Apple product)
> a written list of any specific issues or tasks that you want checked
> any relevant information regarding those tasks
How to Prepare for Your On-site (in-home) Service
> Please ensure a person at least 18 years of age is present during the entire time the service is provided.
> Please ensure any required accessories like cables and connectors are available.
> Our tech will require full access to the devices to be serviced, access to the residence, the owner's consent, cooperation to enter the residence or business, a safe working environment, working space, and electrical power.
> Our tech can show you proper identification upon arrival if needed.
